Summary & Key Take Aways

In Why the Arpanet Was Built(2011), Stephen goes over the creation of ARPANET, and it's major role in the creation of the early internet and goes in depth on the key moments throughout its existence. To build this article, Stephen goes through these moments through the eyes of Licklider, one of the key people involved with ARPANET. He does this in order to show just how important ARPANET was to the early internet.
